Horrible customer service. Emailed GM Mike, Bomdad, Finance and Sales 4 Times in 4 Days requesting information on a refund for extended services on a car purchased at the dealer a year earlier. Not a single response. Amazing how when I was a potential customer looking to buy a 47k car I had 5 people hounding me day and night asking what they could do to win my business.
