This was my first time looking into getting my own car and I came to the lot just wanting to test drive a Cherokee and see if I liked it. I not only ended up liking the car but Ace Aslan as well. The Asian chick that works in the finance dept needs a course in customer service and etiquette. You alone were the reason why I pulled out of the deal. I don't need your business to the degree that I will tolerate disrespect. I am sharing my experience across social media.
4.5 hours to buy a car with personal check. I walked out 3x. Amir was constantly bored and on his phone. I loved the used Jeep, but a 100+ inspection/ carfax is worthless! I had AAA vehicle inspection done. They stopped at $ 3,000 worth of necessary repairs. Cracked leaking radiator, dead cells in battery, loose- corroded steering box, blown transfer case seals, front bearing leak into front shaft boot...= UNSAFE TO DRIVE ! Super quick to resolve my issue with my door I haven't been able to use my driver window for over a month and it sucked cuz I love driving with the windows down and after having a few bad experiences at a few different service departments they definitely made me feel better about taking my car in to a dealership for service. If credit is in a disability state and one is like a walking zombie try this dealership but talk to Luis Cuevos one of the best ppl they talk no brouhaha no bull they just give you the keys! If they don't let me know!
