My wife and I had the best experience here, David was the man who made it all happen and took all the time we needed to test drive, go over numbers and find the exact car I wanted when we weren’t buying the car that night. When we came back to finalize the deal we had the pleasure to also work with Lei who was patient enough to let me decide over a few colors for an hour or 2. Would highly recommend buying from here!
Sent us off in a new Pacifica with just one key. Promised to deliver second key ASAP. It has been a month and a half and no key. Sales person said he ordered it with parts department. Parts department confirmed no such order was placed. What is worse is that they said lease paperwork will be delivered by email. Guess what? No paperwork sent. How do I make my lease payment?
