On my last visit to Fremont CDJR for service, my Jeep had some parts broken. I got minimal response from the service advisor and no response to an email to the service manager. This is the second time I have had some issue with service at Fremont CDJR. I live in San Ramon and there are 5 dealers that are closer to me than Fremont Jeep. I now take my vehicle to Pleasanton to have it serviced.
Completely dissatisfied with the length of time it takes to get an appointment and communication.

We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend to our family and friends. I want to say that from the moment we made the first enquiry Ace Aslan was outstanding. He contacted us and helped us right away with what we needed. Being that it was my first time buying a car, he made very easy and enjoyable experience. Also, Saehee Ju made it very easy and clear for us when it came to financing. She spent the time explaining to us the details and we really appreciated that.
