RecommendedYesterday was the second time I bought a Jeep from this dealer! They defiantly have amazing prices and their staff was super friendly and helpful! In particular Chafi Zafar was the man! He took amazing care of us! Was not pressured and didn’t feel like they tried to force a car down my throat! Ended up leaving with exactly what I was looking for! Just an all out amazing experience

She was extremely helpful and took the time we needed to be able to check out the car. Prince also helped us in the finance department. He was very professional. Took my Jeep in for inspection every five years to keep lifetime power train warranty valid. Tech declared that my warranty void because of a non-factory drive shaft was installed on passenger side, and it has a small leak. Shop supervisor concurred. The problem is that this ten year old Jeep only has 51,672 miles on it and could not have drive shaft failure two times. Besides tire installation, this Jeep was repaired at dealers only. What a pain. I took the day off today so I could bring my jeep in for warranty and recall work. I showed up a little early so I wouldn’t be late for my appointment. Needless to say, my ride and I waited for over 45min to be seen. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait any longer. I told the girl at the service desk I was canceling my appointment because it was taking way too long. She didn’t even care and just said “ok, thanks” and kept talking in the phone. I will certainly never go to that dealership again.
Horrible horrible experience they sold me a lemon in less than a year my transmission went out and they couldn’t help me , HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
