This is the worst dealer I have ever seen. I bring my truck on friday with a DPF leaking at seal ring, after 7 days they still don't have an answer. They keeping saying "we are working on it". Finaly after more than 7500$ in charges for testing my truck they still don't now what happened . ($6500 in labor ) today is saturday, i'm still waiting to have my truck back. BE AWARE!!! Think twice before step into this crazy place
Let's see. It took a day and a half to get it in the shop. They kept on stalling and it ended up there for six days. I only needed the check engine light reset. (Regen) the air conditioning unit replaced and the doors fixed (wouldn't lock). I had to keep calling for an update because they wouldn't call me. I will never give them my business again. They even wanted one half down before they would even start work on it. UNACCEPTABLE
If I could give less then one start or negative star I would. I have a fleet of 20 Freightliners Ambulances. After numberous issues with service to include being threaten to rip out what they should have fixed the first time, I ended up just paying the ransom and getting my truck. Service Dept and in particular the technican called "Cowboy" less then friendly and not helpful.

Finaly after more than $900 in charges for testing my truck they found a problem related to the turbo; the want to charge me to fix it a total of more than $9000 !!!($3500 in labor ) today is saturday, i'm still waiting to have my truck back. BE AWARE!!! Think twice before step into this crazy place!
"Be aware!!! Please do not use this company. Their services take forever. They spent a week to find problems and takes another weeks to fix it. They have different staffs on weekdays and Saturday, so they keep changing their words. They don't carry necessary parts on site - always need to bring parts from different locations. That make at least 2 days of delay. It is the worst freightliner dealers."
