Service department needs some serious improvements, not sure if they are incompetent or just don't care about the work they perform. Either way today was strike two for them on a simple fluid refill which they failed to do again while there for a service bulletin recall. Now he can't trust the service department any further. That being said if they can't get the basics correct why bother patronizing the dealership at all

My experience with Freehold Buick GMC has been nothing short of AMAZING! From Gary in Sales, to Peter in Service I have found the dealership to go over and above my high expectations. Recently I brought my GMC Yukon Denali XL to be serviced for a issue I found difficult to describe. Peter gave me a loaner, and went out of his way to personally drive my car until he was able figure out what the problem was... For reasons like this I will forever be a loyal customer of Freehold Buick GMC!
