Went for my first oil change yesterday on my 2018 Buick Encore. Everyone at Buick is so nice , friendly , professional . loved no long waits . Wonderful experience .

Mike Whyno is a great salesman. He listened to me was patient and really cared about what I needed. He had walked out of 3 other dealerships and bought from him because of Mike. Great service they care about their customers. He took 1 hour to fully go over all of the car and get everything set.

Called to schedule a service for a recall notification I received from your specific dealer about a under hood fire. Rude lady answers for the service center tells me that the service will take "all day." Asked if they provide a loaner since it's all day she says "no only if you bought your car here". I bought the car from a previous owner who is now deceased so I don't know if it was purchased there or not.I have a full time job and only have this Saturday off so asked if I can have it done then she says they don't do that kind of service on Saturday's. Funny. I called the Buick dealership on route 130 and they were able to schedule me for this week and it will only take 1 1/2-2 hours and they were pleasant on the phone! And they already had the parts.
