Tonight I picked up my 2019 Terrain. This is the 4th car purchased from this dealership. Each and every time it has been a pleasure. Major thanks to Mike Whyno and Chris Bell for their time and honesty. Wouldn't hesitate recommending them to all! They have become family.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Freehold Buick GMC and leased a 2019 GMC Terrain at the recommendation of our son who had leased two Terrains the previous year from the Freehold dealership. We have dealt with many car dealers over the years but none of those experiences could compare. Brought my car in for an issue. Was told the diagnostic report came back as two parts would need to be replaced and that should fix the problem. It would cost over $500 to fix. They fix the part stated above. I pick up the car and didn't even drive out of the lot and same issue. They hooked it back up to the diagnostic machine and now say something else will need to be fixed and that is over $700 . I asked them to credit me $500 for the part that I paid for that they fixed that really didn't need to be fixed and they said no. I also asked them to compromise and asked that I only pay for the part I need and they don't charge me for the labor to fix the correct part. They said no... I am still hopeful they will correct this situation and fix the part that really needs to be fix. However, as of now, I would not recommened them.
