Dr. Shah is a great doctor! Both my husband and I see him and have been very pleased with him. It's his staff that I don't like and that's why I'm giving 2 stars. His staff does not return voicemails nor texts. I shouldn't have to drive to different clin8cs to get the answers I need from Dr. Shah. Lupita is the WORST medical assistant EVER!!!! Lupita will not do what she promises it goes on deaf ears. Dr. Shah really needs to look at the service his staff gives as it's a reflection on him.
I have been seen by Dr. Hahn for many years and in all that time I have been treated very well. Dr. Hahn is a gentleman. He is very knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and takes all the time that I need to answer my questions. His staff is likewise kind and efficient. The surgical center, with which Dr. Hahn is affiliated, is a marvel of efficiency. The staff there is very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable--really a pleasure to go to. In all, I am very happy with Dr. Hahn and his staff's care! Thank You, John A. Granato
I never had one. I only saw his nurse once for about 8 minutes. He would agree to give me innocuous medication which I was taking when I switched to this chain practice, but he would then not prescribe them, with nonsensical reasons why he would't. I was far from seen as an individual human being by everyone I dealt with, which were nurses and receptionists.
He has been our family’s orthopedic doctor for a couple decades (lots of athletes). He is always professional, personable and very informative at each appointment.
Friendly, professional, top shelf crew!
Everyone seems to want to help with any issues that present themselves. Dr. Freed is genuinely compassionate and thinks out of the box in coming up with solutions to my problems.
