Dr. Freed is very empathetic and patient. I am dealing with a back issue as well as a foot problem. He understood I was concerned about a procedure on my foot only a couple of days before I am to have a procedure on my back which needed to be done within a time window so suggested I should wait on foot. He has been thoughtful & helpful on every visit.
I just went to get my toenails cut and all went well.
Dr. Freed was very pleasant and gave me a plan for my foot. Office staff was pleasant and the waiting room was very comfortable as well.
I was in for pre-op instructions. All my questions were answered.

Just my 2nd visit. Dr. Freed seems to be a very nice man. HOWEVER, I was left waiting for him in the exam room for 50 minutes! Unacceptable.
