I have had 2 ablation procedures, one in Feb 2023 the other July 2024 performed by Dr. Cheng. Both times I was pleased with Dr. Cheng and his staff. I trust him to have my best interest at heart. Everything was explained well, and any questions or concerns were answered.
Great results from 3 surgeries. Another scheduled soon (2 knee,2 hip). He and his staff are wonderful. They are professional, patient, efficient, kind. Throughout the surgery process (pre-op, op, & post-op) he & his staff ensure everything is covered in a timely manner. Our PT specialists praise Dr. Jerabek's surgeries.
Very shortly after this knee replacement I noticed I felt lopsided. This made physical therapy more painful and puzzling. One has to go for office visits periodically for the first year after the tkr. I complained at each visit that something was off and that the non-surgical leg now seems shorter and it was throwing off my balance. I had a very good experience with Dr. Sanchez. The facility is amazing. Dr. Sanchez does talk a bit fast so pay close attention.
I honestly cannot give a rating higher than one star. She is supposed to be my gastrointestinal doctor, but aside from her profile picture, I couldn’t tell you what she looks like. I had a brief conversation with her that was only three sentences long right before the procedure. All she did was confirm my identity, verify the procedure, and ask if I had any questions. I spent more time with the front desk staff than with “my doctor”. I'm not a fan of Borland Groover in Jacksonville and would not recommend it.
Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.My appointment was cancelled three separate times without proper notice. When I tried to reschedule, I was told the only way to be seen was to go to a different office entirely. If you actually want to be seen by a doctor, don’t waste your time making an appointment here. They clearly don’t value their patients’ time or trust.

I had an appointment with Dr. Ganesh on July 2nd. He prescribed a knee injection that needed insurance approval. My insurance usually approves things within 5 days. However, they did not even bother to submit anything to my insurance until July 18th. Insurance approved the injection the same day but no one at OrthoArizona bothered to follow up and check the system for the approval.
