Dr. Carroll always takes time to address my concerns and suggest life changes, specialists, etc that can help me even after my visit is over. And all visits are this way. He has a way of reducing fear and anxiety when I am overly stressing about my health, yet not belittling it. I was referred to Dr. Maxson by my Gastroenterologist for a specialized test. Dr. Maxson did not perform the test. It was performed by one of his technicians, who did seem competent. However, when I called for my results, I was told to speak to my referring Dr. Why. I am the patient and should be provided with the results.

It's been months of me calling and requesting some papers that the doctor himself needs and have been called every day and left messages but nothing.
