I am, correction was, a loyal free birds patron and drive by 5 different taco places including chipotle, rubios and Baja fresh to get there. Today, I was completely taken aback when I ordered bacon only to be informed they are no longer serving bacon. WTF?!? I almost considered leaving then but they had already started my meal so I continued. Out of roasted garlic... Well, now it's no different than chipotle or any other fast food type mexican food. I haven't returned here in a long time till today and when I did I ordered the burrito bowl which was really small portion, they dont offer meal deal any longer with chips and queso, they dont have bacon any longer, and I paid over $10 for what???? I really have no reason to come except for my free 1/2 birthday club burrito.....something I dont have to pay for.....should have went to Baja Fresh.... really disappointed in Freebirds.....
Over priced Burrito. . No kidding.... Better make own.
Wait time is ridiculous, but food is delicious. Would revisit.
Foods good the environment is alright there's great people and there's fake people and the fake people that "run the place" kill the experience cause how fake they are is quite transparent. And it shows in there "tribes" inner circles General employees & chris are real people, the rest are fake and need to change ways or relocate .
Food was good, but the prices suck for the portion. I should be full or at least satisfied for $10.00
