District Manager here reduced meat size from 1/2 inch to 1/4 inch pieces, and instructed staff to bang serving spoons on tubs to knock half of all ingredients off before plating it. This cheats customers to reduce food costs, so he gets a big bonus (looks like he wastes less food than other stores). I’m boycotting Richardson store until they resume serving us what we pay for. If they all do it I’ll just switch to chipotle!

There’s a woman named Lindsay that waited on us. She is the most wonderful person!! Her mother said she was “sunshine” when she was born, well her mother was correct ! She had so much sunshine in her eyes and smile . I am from Michigan and wanted a burrito. It was SO good !! And Lindsay made our day better ! She’s a wonderful person! I wanted to take her home with me !! I hope I spelled your name right Lindsay. Thank you for your sunshine you made our day !

Ordered Delivery due to Just wanting a relaxing Friday night after a long day. When delivery arrived the Chips were so Stale that it makes you wonder 🤔 How can the cheapest thing on the planet NOT BE FRESH ?? Didn’t get the correct salsa that was ordered. This is disappointing as I wonder why management is NOT checking the orders before they leave the store and still can’t understand why the Chips are Stale. A young family from our church went over to the highlands location Sunday, September 13 with their six children. They were told they could not put two tables together and some of the children (ages 6 and younger) would have to go across the restaurant so they wouldn’t give them Covid.... 🤦‍♀️The father asked to see the policy he was accused of being belligerent and made them leave. Goodbye Freebirds. Our country has just lost their ever loving mind over a stupid virus with a 99.9% recovery -get over yourselves.

Are all the locations this great. Went on with co-worker. The manager had us laughing. Didn't know about the brisket or the beyond meat for my co-worker. Great clean facility and FRESH FOOD

Fabulous customer service. I had an issue with my order today. The issue was completely MY FAULT and they were so quick to accommodate me and make it right even though it was my fault. Can not say thank you enough! Customer service makes all the difference. :)

Allergic to sour cream. Got a sour cream filled burrito and the management is arguing with me and saying that’s exactly what i ordered. Missing pico salsa, quest, AND DOUBLE MEAT. They just made what they wanted to. Got so tired of arguing with him over a $25 order i just hung up. Ended up with two fantas for $25 pretty much. Do better.
