All male staff last Friday. (Lubbock store) Which I wouldn’t complain if any of them had some sort of customer service skills. Basically it’s like if BOH ran FOH. Not very pleasant,and all looked like they did not want to be there. Ex. Walked up to counter because napkins dispensers were empty. Asked for napkins. Without using words but I did get an “I’m annoyed huff”.
