However, going to the Richardson location is hit or miss with miss being more consistent. I went in on Sunday a little after 8 and they were out of everything that I asked for (jalapeños, veggies, iced tea, salsa, hot sauce, etc.). The staff wasn’t accommodating. RecommendedStuck on a busy fire truck so the crew chose Freebirds for a quick “grab n go” dinner. Being my first time here and since there are no dumb questions, I asked the friendly, bubbly server “How’s this work?” Without missing a beat she said “Think subway but w/ burritos!” BOOM! RecommendedThe food be cold and if suppose to be hot. Messy and beans cold, rice was crunchy. The steam table is just that. steam no heat. It was totally greasy.
Food was generic, cold, and bland. The steak was way to salty. I had eaten there before with mixed reactions but this last time broke me of ever eating there again. I get better burritos at a gas station in Decatur for half the price. The food is over priced especially for the lack of quality. Felt like it was a complete wast of my money. $27 for two burritos and drinks and that was the small and medium size burrito
