The last few timea i have been to this Freddy's the servjce at the drive through has been abysmal. I usually go through drive thrus, because I have a 30 minute break, and moat drive throughs around are quick and efficient. This location is not. On more than 3 occasions i have waited for 30 minutes or more ro get my food. Today was the same. But the man at the window gave me my food, got handed my drink, put the drink down, and walked away from it. I had to honk the horn for him to remember that he wasn't finished. They put the tags on two sandwiches wrong so each person took a bite out of them and they had to continue eating what they didn’t order. I emailed them. They said they would send me a free combo mail and they never did.
First OFF there are flies all around this plce. Ketchup pump wasn’t working. Got 5 cheese curds for $5. Extremely Slowwwwwww to get our food. Something would squill in the back of the restaurant while we were eating. Manager came out to give us a voucher for a free cone. Food tasted great. Atmosphere was POOR. I would be ok if I never came back.
