RecommendedAs usual, great service, friendly coordinators, right on time.
Every time I take my car for service it’s never done right and I have to go back at least once. Most recent time was yesterday—took car for service. Tire is fixed, but now I have to make time to go back again because they didn’t do the rest of the service. This is the second time in about 4 months that I have taken my car for service they didn’t do everything at one time. Worst service ever. I have contacted corporate customer service more than once and gotten no response.
RecommendedOnly one person was at the desks when I got there and there was a car blocking the drive went in on the other lane that said in but was out vehicles there at first waited a few minutes to get checked I guess break time for everyone it’s hard to believe they did everything the invoice said and the car did not get washed I just hope the oil was actually changed
