Josh was and is a tremendous young man. Very patient and understanding along with making every effort to get things done. Spoke with General mgr And was very pleased with his taking the time to talk a few minutes. I had one negative encounter but the other far outweighed this.
The service technicians were so helpful. They went out of their way to make sure all my service needs were met. I will never go anywhere else for my car care. Oh and the cookies are amazing.
Car is leased with just 5000 miles on it. Didn’t expect anything special or problem. I can only leave a review of the great coffee they had.

Needed a software update on my Prius. Brought it in, they offered courtesy transport and checked all fluid levels. I had a ride home. They were done in time frame they indicated. Called me to let me know they were done. Returned and drove away. Perfect.
