RecommendedI have had some bad experiences in the service department, but today it was reasonable. The wait time was an hour and forty-five minutes, which is an average amount of time. I only go there because I am part of the family plan and purchased my truck there. If you have a choice, look around for a better option first.

I prefer not to leave reviews that are negative. However, I would like to spare the time of others. I came in for a simple vehicle service at 7:45 am. I was persuaded to get 4 new tires in addition to my normal vehicle service since I was already there. My car was not finish until Noon. No one came around to update me. I had to personally ask associates every hour about the status of my vehicle. Very unprofessional to have patrons waiting this long.
