It took me three months to get a reimbursement from one of my truck wheel’s center caps due to whoever was the maintenance personnel involved that got the part “lost”. Not to mention that the reason why I received the money back, was because I was instigating the personnel to get this done. Seems like they forgot the sense of responsibility and to be honest that’s not the best way to do business. Not satisfied at all.
