Probably the easiest (and smoothest) car buying experience we'll ever have. Our salesman, Trevor, was very kind and helpful - from 3 and a half hours and one state away, we were able to coordinate the purchase of my husband's new car without any real issues at all, which was surprisingly stress free. Everyone was very polite and extremely helpful - I'm unable to say that about our local dealership at home. Absolutely worth the trip.

I bought my Prius V from Fred Anderson Toyota Columbia and have the FA Family Plan. I drive about 10 miles and have done all of my maintenance there. I originally felt that their prices for maintenance were competitive, but recently I haven’t felt that way. For example, today I had my tires rotated and balanced for a cost of $59.95. When I checked with the tire dealer around the corner (3/10s mi) there price was 1/3 less at $39.95. I guess I’ll have to rethink Fred Anderson Toyota Columbia.
