Purchased our 5th Wheel in May and have had top notch service every step of the way! Sales, finance and service held our hands through every moment of our purchase and our first weekend out! My wife and I rented a truck camper for 10 days, drove it up to the Arctic Ocean and just returned it today. It was an amazing trip. The check in process, 2024 Ford F-350 and Adventurer camper were great. We had never done an RV trip before so were a bit anxious about doing everything right in terms of taking care of our rental. We watched Fraserway's YouTube truck camper video 3 times before the trip. We also downloaded the manual for the rental vehicle onto our phones. Windshield repair and replacement should be the responsibility of the business not the client. Fraserway expects the client to pay for every minor windshield chip with an entire windshield replacement. Windshield cracks are incidental and inevitable in the Yukon. The same thing happened to at least 3 other customers on the same day, minor nearly undetectable chips are not illegal or unsafe or a reason to replace glass, other Yukon rental companies do not charge for every minor windshield chip or replace windshields after eac... read more

$750 hidden fee with every rental. They will charge you the full cost of the windshield for a small rock chip (Inevitable in the Yukon). we returned our vehicle along with 2 other clients on a Saturday morning, all three vehicles were charged for the windshield replacements, regardless of pre-purchased insurance. Poor business model, very non-transparent, relies on vague rental policies to upkeep their vehicles at the clients expense, would not recommend.

Be prepared to purchase a $750 windshield from Fraser Way RV. The only insurance you can purchase from them costs $220 with a $750 deductible. We were charged the full amount for a tiny rock chip that was completely incidental. Rocks chips on northern roads are inevitable - budget $750 on top of your quote.
