Die Übernahme des Truck Campers durch Thomas lief schnell und freundlich. Zu bemerken ist, dass der Truck verschiedene Mängel aufwies, die aber an Ort und Stelle schnell vermerkt und behoben wurden. Allerdings wurden in der Camperkabine diverse Probleme während der Reise erkannt, die bei sorgfältiger Prüfung vor der Übergabe an uns vermeidbar gewesen wären, deshalb 1 Stern weniger. Trotzdem alles gut und gerne wieder Fraserway R.V.
Picked up our Truck-Camper a couple of days ago. Everything went great and Thomas and Marcel gave us lots of advice and recommendations. I am sure we will be back in the near future. Our trip has been absolutely stunning. Thanks to everyone at Fraserway Whitehorse for an amazing experience.
Thank you to Fraserway RV Service Center for coming to our rescue this week. Travelling on a 7000 mile trip to beautiful Canada we encountered a cracked toilet in our RV, the front desk, and GM were able to make room in their very busy schedule to help us locate and replaced it! Everyone was so kind and helpful. 5 stars to you!
Our first-ever RV experience, a trip to Dawson City and Alaska in a Fraserway Truck Camper, was fantastic. As a European driver with a standard Class B license, I found the rental process and handling the powerful, like-new Ford F350 surprisingly easy. The camper was clean and well-prepared, though a lingering BBQ smell from a previous user took a few days to air out.
