This doctor really stunk. all he care about is muny. He dont care about his patents. He never cal back to me cause i wait so loong. he rather make muny on colonocikpys.
This doctor sucks and his staff sucks too. He never calls me back and his staff never answers the telephone. I don't care. cause I'll never see him again. you cant communicate with a doctor if all his people don't answer calls. Yeah, this doctor really sucks.
I had one attempted televisit with Dr. Gao via iPhone. When I couldn't figure out how to connect the video portion, rather than try to continue with sound only, he became impatiient, said 'I don't hve time for this', and hung up. If there were a way to rate him 0 stars I would. Rudest doctor I've ever met.

Dr. Jain never fails to explain the status in terms easily understood by the patient. I love his sense of humor and ability to put complex issues in simple terms I can easily understand. He never rushes our time. I am very grateful I was recommended to Dr. Jain.
I’m so grateful Dr Jain is my retina specialist. Because I’ve had laser surgery in the past, it’s a comfort to know he’s available should I need any emergency care. He’s an expert in his field and can answer any questions in a clear way so a patient can understand. He’s personable, caring and will assess all medical eye issues thoroughly. Highly recommended.
Dr Jain is one of those rare doctors these days who can connect on a personal level with his patients. He takes time to answer questions and explains things so well. Even when the news is discouraging he finds ways to encourage us to keep going. He is kind and has a good sense of humor I have had several different retinal doctors over the years. I had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Miriam (or Maria) at the clinic on April 22nd. After missing a call from the Scheduling Department, I returned it and spoke with a kind receptionist. While checking for availability due to a potential conflict, Miriam unexpectedly took over the call. Her tone was rude and accusatory, wrongly claiming I was canceling my appointment with less than 24 hours' notice.
