Poor communication or no communication. Didn't do what they said they would do or when they would do it. Total no show on occasion. Not very thorough in their quality efforts. Would not hire again or recommend.
Very friendly and came when they said they would. Did a great job on the lawn.

So far everything is going well, our yard had a lot of weeds and they are dying and the grass is doing well.
Lindsey is great to work with. He does a good job and is very flexible with scheduling. I'm pretty fussy about the way my yard looks and it has never looked better now that I'm using Franklin lawn care. I think his pricing is competitive for the market.
