Love this place but got there at 11:30pm and All chairs and tables were already put away and we were told we couldnt order anything but straight ice cream to go- very disappointing

Ordered my way overpriced chocolate milkshake and was even kind enough tip the staff 3 dollars. While waiting for it, I received dirty looks from the terrible rude staff like they were disgusted with my presence. I even thanked them as they handed it to me and I got (from the chick with the nose ring) “uhhuh....” You can put the pieces together. Threw it right in the trash. I’ll never return.

I was there (Sept 1 ) the smell of sewage is overwhelming why you wait online and to be honest You can get better ice cream from Mister Softie. 100% I would never go there again
Just stood in line with my 4 year old granddaughter up at Penns Landing for 15 minutes to have the window shut in our faces. Saying she was going on break. Talk about bad business. Very disappointed!!!
The best ice cream I have ever had! Set up like an old time soda fountain! Amazing experience!
