Employees weren’t very friendly. They looked like they hate there job, and every customer that walks through that door lol. Ice cream was good. But service wasn’t.
The ice cream was average, good not exceptional. On the Travel channel it was hyped as someplace special. Only one employee was dressed up in the costume they advertised. It’s just an ice cream shop, nothing special.

It was everything it was hyped up to be on Man vs Food the Franklin mint is the best mint chocolate chip ice cream you will ever have, everything is house made and I love the feel of it being like an old fashioned ice cream shop. This place is a must in Philly!
