I just left FF Pharmacy for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the customer service. The store is not only adorable but super clean and bright. While I waited for the Rx, I chatted with the owners. They were friendly and courteous. Do Franklin a favor and shop with locals. We need to hang on to some element of the small town feel that many of us miss. Support family owned businesses whenever possible. Start with these guys!
I have filled prescriptions here twice now and love the customer service . I highly recommend transferring your prescriptions here if you have not . Not only is it locally owned and operated but their customer service is undeniably better than the regular chain stores. The fact that they deliver is a bigger plus, especially when you have emergencies. The prescriptions I have filled have even come out cheaper than where I have filled them in the past .
