RecommendedI recommend Franklin Family Pharmacy to so many people. The staff are absolutely the most nice, polite, & helpful people. I live 45 minutes away, but all I have to do is call with whatever I am looking for and they always help me find what I need. I am very thankful to have found this pharmacy and how they always get me my medicine shipped to me so fast every month. I especially love that they have a wide selection of integrative choices for my little crunchy family. Thanks for being so amazing!!

We finally just transferred all of our family prescriptions here! They are so super nice! The customer service is incomparable. They accept all insurance and give competitive prices for private pay. Plus they deliver if needed. What's not to like?
Highly recommend this pharmacy! When I first moved here I called to check out prices. The owner personally took my call and told me he would really appreciate my business, and that he would strive to give me competitive prices (which he definitely did). They also offer 5% back in store credit with all purchases. I happened to overhear the cashier telling an elderly gentleman that his medication was fully covered by his store credit (!😍!). Had my first visit with Franklin Family Pharmacy today. I’ve been meaning to stop by and just one of those things you don’t get around to. They were SOOOO nice and friendly. NOT a chain store. It won’t be my last visit for sure. If you haven’t been by, take some time to browse and meet them. They have some neat items besides pharmaceuticals. What kid wouldn’t want to keep their hands clean with this cute car soap.
Friendly, attentive, fast service. I’ve been there twice for last-minute mom-emergencies, and both times they had exactly what I was looking for. And both times, the prices were actually far better than I was expecting. We picked up Zarbees cough syrup for $7-something and hydrocortisone gel for $3-something. Franklin Family Pharmacy has a HEART bigger than Franklin!!! We are leaving in a few days to travel to adopt our daughter. She has spina bifida and requires many different medicines. We called in need of something we must take with us and not only will it be in on Monday, the pharmacy said because of our heart for adoption and special need children....the first round of medicine was on them.
