I found this place 5 years ago. Now I am a privately contracted Personal Trainer and my son works there as well. Great family atmosphere. Fitness and FAC have been a great tool to bond with my sons. Grateful!
I have been a member of FAC for about ten years now and I have never been disappointed with the services they provide! Or the value of the membership fees!
This is a good place for working out, especially for crossfit,running and lifting. Equipment is usually fixed pretty quickly. Tanning beds are average and the heat could be a little warmer other then,that no complaints.
I love the group classes! The instructors are excellent, the studio space is great, and the atmosphere is uplifting. The locker rooms are clean, updated, and private. I also love the Cardio Cinema!
