I had an AWESOME day training with Elsa, Maria, Gissell, and a room full of others to be certified to instruct Strong by Zumba. The trainer was GREAT and this program is like no other.

This place is awesome. It's clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, and there is so much variety to choose from when getting a workout!! I personally love the cardio room where you can watch a movie on the huge screen tv while getting an effective workout!
