It was a Saturday. I got there at 11:30 am. There were a few people ahead of me, some were in line for almost an hour. Once 12 pm hit an employee comes out and says they are not doing anymore transactions because of the time. They claim they put their customers first. Shouldn't you serve the customers that were already in line? The employees were all ready to leave without serving the customers who made it to the bank on time. Would give a negative star if possible. I have Been battling with them for months trying to get my title. I have been Told different things from different workers when I call. **************** gives me the wrong answers and different answers when I call. If I could give citizens a half of star or no stars at all I would gladly do that after all I was just put through including emotional stress, anxiety, misleading financial debt payoffs that were not Necessary To obtain the *** mortgage, defamation of character while attempting to obtain a mortgage. If I could, I would have rated ************** 0 Star. I started an online saving account with them for my 9-year old son to show him how he can grow his little savings of $120. When I signed up, ************** told us it is a no-fee account. After one year, they started to charge $5 monthly fee without even informing us. Fast forward 3 years, my son's original saving of $120 becomes $2. My son was extremely disappointed to find out his saving is robbed by the bank. I made all my payments on time and even made extra payments. To get an email stating that I was .76 behind for the month. So I called in another $60.00 payment, they took ******* out of my account!! Now are telling me I have to wait 3 days and today is Friday. There is no way someone can mistake 60 for **** over the phone.

Received an offer online to open a savings account and checking account and receive $300 extra in the account if I follow the parameters. Applied on-line on 4/13/2022 and it took two days for them to open the account. The offer stated that the code was valid until 4/14/2022, as far as I am concerned as long as the accounts were started that date should be honored. Did not receive the welcome email until 4/15/2022.
