If customer reviews aren't considered when rating a business, what exactly does the BBB base it's rating off? Ppl refer to the BBB with hopes of a resolution from a bad business. Almost every review is one star yet we have A+ rating!? If not from customer review then from what does the ******************** gather background on a company? is the BBB in place to confuse the consumer or help them? Worthless bank with failing technology. I was sold a car note that unfortunately led me to this bank. I've setup automatic bill pay not once, but twice, and now I am late on two of the three car payments made on this car even though I have it setup correctly, and the site says auto bill pay is configured. Now with late fees and a destroyed credit report I question the existence of this car I drive. My father and I both have accounts with this bank. Last week someone walked into a branch in a different state and had a card issued to them for my fathers bank account. They then took out multiple atm withdrawals in 3 different states totaling over ****** dollars. After being on the phone with them for over an hour I finally got ahold of someone but never got sent to the fraud department. Someone in online banking said they would look into it. Wow! I was thinking of throwing some money at Citizens because of the good 2% savings account rate and boy am I glad I looked them up at BBB and see all these reviews. Thanks for the great feedback and helping me avoid a huge mistake.

Interesting .. an A+ rating but barely 1 star on customer's reviews. This banks in unconscionable on how customers are treated. I was informed on how to endorse a check by a citizen's employee. What I was told by ****** was wrong and a $10, 000 check gets sent to the fraud department. They closed my accounts and now they received my pension check on 9/1, will not let me access it and will be sending it to me and I can expect it in 1 to 2 weeks. I won't waste your time. They are a horrible institution with zero customer support and no useful responses even if you get through to a person. Do not get a loan through this bank or you will have issue after issue.
