Thank you so much to Josh, Joe and Wisler for all your help! Joe and Josh made the experience great, they are both super chill and fun BUT most of all helpful. Wisler just made all the paperwork super easy and not so painful. Even though we didn't finish til later in the evening they made it all worth it. You can't beat this #TEAM, see them if you need a new whip!!
Our salesperson Annu was thoughtful, eager to assist, knowledgeable, and had a GREAT attitude. While we ended up buying our used Acura from another dealer I would not hesitate to go back to Frank Leta!

Wasted my time!!! Contacted via internet with my top dollar and asked them to tell me if it was unreasonable or if the price was not at all negotiable to save both my time and theirs. I was told to come in. When I got there I reiterated the same conversation. They let me test drive the car and waste my time before telling me they would not negotiate at all. They did not even have the courtesy to do so in a sales office. My whole transaction happened in the lobby. Classy!!
Went Friday didn't have a car in price range. They put us in list, called Monday with the perfect car in price range. They told us if us the ok it will get inspected to see if any thing wrong. One hour later tell us person not there that dies it, then they raised price not once but twice. They made a mistake they thought it was a 2004 and I told them it was a 2009 try told me no no, I said ok well it was a 2009. The one in Bridgeton wasted my time bad. Couldn't do anything for me but made it seem like I would get something. Now they doing this dime down Bs when I had $500 down and they still couldn't do anything for me. And I make more the 340 a week or whatever she said the amount was on the commercial. Frauds!
