Great experience buying a new TLX after owning an Acura TSX for 13 years. Annu, Nick and Mike were very helpful and made the experience stress free.

Had Virgil and Gus helping me the entire time! Both were awesome and put up with my indecisiveness. Everyone was extremely patient and I did not feel pressured to buy a car. It legitimately seemed that everyone was trying to find the right car for me. At one point Gus even printed out similar cars in the area and the prices for each to help me in my decision making. Will definitely recommend to friends and will plan on coming back to frankleta for future purchases.
Annu was extraordinarily helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. As was Garrett. Nick was a great salesman never pushy or salesy. Rob is a phenomenal service guy you can always trust.

What started out as a pleasant experience with the salespeople became a nightmare when we got to the financing. We had it all taken care of at our bank and they told my son "don't worry about your bank, we can do it all here". That was the beginning of a huge mess for my son's 1st attempt at buying a car. I would not recommend this dealership unless they do not handle any of the details. As a co-buyer with my son, neither of us will ever go back or recommend them. So much for keeping me updated as promised.
Honestly it's been a terrible experience. Everything was awesome right up till the point of signing all the paperwork. The finance department took weeks to finalize my paperwork and couldn't even get license plates figured out. A month later and I'm still trying to get things sorted out with the bank. Nick has been great in trying to help with the issues but a very poor effort by the finance department. I would not recommend buying through them.
