This was my 2nd purchase from Frank Leta and both were extremely positive experiences. I am a diehard Lexus fan and considered one this time, comparing the Lexus NX to the Acura RDX but ultimately Acura won me over. Would absolutely recommend Frank Leta Acura and Jeff Irby! Jeff spent 4 hours with us on a Friday night and then several hours the very next day. Never once did we feel that he was tiring of us or that we were being juggled between other customers. He was personable, helpful and treated us like friends instead of a possible commission. We ended up purchasing one vehicle from Jeff but had to go to another dealer for the other one. It was a night and day experience. Frank Leta and Jeff for the WIN!!
Aaron Mead was amazing to work with when I was purchasing a new ILX. He was very patient and knowledgeable.
We bought our used Mercedes there and within 2 months the car would not even start. They had the car for almost two weeks “fixing” it, only to have it break down less than 24 hours later. There was mud all over the vehicle as well. Do not get a car from this buy here pay here lot or use there service department unless you like crack heads working on your car. Worst car buying experience ever. We will never be back and encourage others who want good service to go to a real dealership.
After having some issues with reimbursements not being processed, Mike Lynn took all of my concerns, listened and I received great service from him.
Unfortunately, at this point I can not recommend this dealer. When we purchased a used vehicle from them, we were told by the salesman that night that the 2nd key for the car was in the back and was already locked up for the night but that that when we returned the next day that they’d give us the key. Well— next day when we went back we were told the salesman was out sick. Aaron Meade facilitated the most memorable car buying experience I have ever had. He took away all of my anxiety by listening to what I wanted and providing every whim with exact detail. His service was impeccable!!!! He stayed with us throughout every stage of the process. He made sure we were comfortable when we had to wait to close out our deal with the finance department.
