I had worked with several dealers in the St. Louis area and I always walked away feeling a little underwhelmed. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Molyneaux and, while I didn't end up buying a car there, he was incredible! After having some issues with reimbursements not being processed, Mike Lynn took all of my concerns, listened and I received great service from him.
Unfortunately, at this point I can not recommend this dealer. When we purchased a used vehicle from them, we were told by the salesman that night that the 2nd key for the car was in the back and was already locked up for the night but that that when we returned the next day that they’d give us the key. Well— next day when we went back we were told the salesman was out sick.
