We all know how tedious the car buying experience can be. However, the team at Frank Leta (Michael Givens/Tre Johnson) made it as pleasant and seamless as possible. Michael took the time to explain every inch of the car. Tre went over the finance details with a fine tooth comb and ensured the terms were exactly what I requested. Even those members not directly involved in the process went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. Great customer service goes a long way.

Car buying is certainly not my favorite thing to do. It’s stressful, time consuming and you always walk away wondering if you REALLY got a good deal. Josh c was great! I was super apprehensive about the whole process but it was super painless. Josh only showed me things that were in budget and fit my criteria. He also took the extra time to show me how all the techy features worked and made sure the car got an extra shine before I left. I’m not usually a dealership person or one to keep up with car washes. But I’ll definitely be back for the routine service here and a car wash! Thanks josh!
Sean Brady has been the best car salesman we have ever dealt with! He gave us a complete tour of their facility, set up our point of contact for service and maintenance, answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgable about the Lexus even though they are an Acura dealership. He made us feel like royalty! We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely be back because of this experience!
