while we have had major issues with the warranty that we purchased from Frank Leta not covering repairs that have been needed in the year that we purchased the vehicle, Frank Leta has contacted the warranty company and helped with getting them to cover a third of the cost so the repairs. I had a wonderful experience buying my Nissan Rogue with Justine McPherson of Frank Leta Acura. When i talked in the door, i was greeted by her. She didn't show me a single car until she knew what I wanted, what I could afford, and I what i had time to do that day. Every car she showed me fit my wants and needs. She even taught the car i was considering to my house to check that the whole family loved it. I will definitely work with Justine again when I purchase another vehicle.

I had an amazing experience from the moment I got out of my car to look around your inventory. Everyone was helpful and work hard to get me the deal I wanted. The detail shop was a great help Josh really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work his guys did. By far my best car shopping experience.

It’s been a couple years since I purchased my MDX from Frank Leta but the experience set the bar. Nick D. helped me tremendously through a very quick and remote purchase, had the vehicle tinted for me while I drove from Chicago to pick it up, and has since been there for me when I have questions regarding my other personal and business vehicle purchase decisions. Nick is the gold standard is client relations. Thank you Nick and Frank Leta!
