George Ketchum July 2016 had surgery to fuse S1 and L1 an tie S1, L1 and L2 together with rods. I was left with no felling in my left foot. Rehab could not do anything to improve. Doctor made no effort for a solution. I now have damage to L3 and L4 joint. MRI and XRAYS show the fusion of S1 and L1 is not complete. The spacer between L1 and L2 has moved. The 2 screws into L2 protrude into the L2 and L3 joint. I now require surgery to redo what Dr. Tomecek and fix the new problem.
Recently had surgery and Dr. Tomecek was wonderful! His staff at his Bartlesville and Tulsa office are great. The staff at the hospital were awesome! I couldn't of asked for anything more! I was truly impressed and happy happy with everything! Highly recommend!!
Mr perfect told me he was perfect and my surgery would be perfect. When I woke up in my bed I knew instantly something was very wrong. My back felt like I had a nerve was touching something and hurt every time I moved. I could not get anything for pain as the Doctor told them not to give me anything. I had to have another surgery in 2 days to try and fix his screw up. He still states it was not his mistake. I have had another surgery to try and fix it. It did not help. I still suffer in pain.

Once I was referred to Dr. Tomecek for two crumbling vertebrae in my neck everything happened quickly and efficiently. His scheduling girl (I would give anything if I could remember her name to give her full credit) was amazing at getting all my tests, appointments, and surgery scheduled quickly and flowing smoothly. Tulsa bone & Spine hospital was like staying in a 5* hotel. Through the entire process I felt well cared for and constantly informed on my care and recovery process.
