I came to the dealership with awful news. I had bought a vehicle with them early of this month and they had told me unfortunately I had to get another vehicle that suited my price range. I was so frustrated and upset until Luis the sales rep had helped me out. The way he cared and was not so pushy , and wanted me to leave happy just made my day. I never have been so dissatisfied with a dealership in my life! I had a Bluetooth put in and they installed it over my knee cap! Now they won't refund 995$ that I had to pay! This Bluetooth is the worst thing I ever had! Keep trying to block me lol I'll keep on
I never had an experience like this! I'm so Dissatisfied with the bluetooth they installed in my 2017 Accent it's above my knee cap! I can't get anyone to help or give me my 995$ I paid to install it! Make SURE you know what there installing before they take your car!
