The absolute worst ever car buying experience of my life! I’ve had this Tucson for less than a year and I’ve already had to replace a tire( the dealership gave me a patched tire)the battery is going out and I’ve been stranded twice! This place is poorly operated, waste of time and drive! Worlds worst place to purchase a vehicle. The Floor Managers are horrible to their employees! They pressure customers into purchasing a HYUNDAI they dont want nor need! Just FYI- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!
Seriously the customer service is really bad. They never care about the customers,they take advantage of people. They gave me a fucked up car and still hasn’t got my registration since i bought the car which was 6 months ago. they don’t care about the customers all they care about is how they can make money of you. None of the people works there know shit!!
Great place friendly employees and they really care. I have been going here for 4 years never a bad comment here. I love all the people from Sales to Service. Even the management supervise.
First off Mark Moore our salesman was amazing. No pressure strait shooter and beat the brakes off the best offer from another dealer. The whole team at frank where great. Fast and honest. If you are looking for a Genesis or Hyundai got see Mark and Frank you won’t regret it.
