Great people, great prices
Another great experience at Videon's service department. This time at the "Express Lane". Service completed in the time promised; 45 minutes(which is terrific). Complete explanation by the service advisor. Comfortable, functional seating in the waiting area; with snacks! Videon is not geographically convenient for me; yet I keep coming back.
I had a very easy and stress free experience while finding my new Jeep. Melanie and Mike O were patient with me while trying to decide between two different models and I never felt pressured. Mike sat down with me both inside and outside of the vehicle, setting everything up and going over every feature with me. Melanie even took my Jeep and had the windows tinted before I picked it up! Great experience with sales and service on new cars. However if you’re bringing them an older vehicle the experience is completely different. Asked and paid for an hour of labor to look over a used vehicle I bought and git an odd feeling that they didn’t really look at it so brought it somewhere else after and seems they missed a leaky water pump.
I have bought my last 6 cars from Videon and I would not go anywhere else. Great service and fantastic deals from excellent sales and service staff. Check them out first. The service department is courteous and always does a great and quick job.
