I did an at home sleep study. The appointment and instructions were very clear and quick. They make it super easy.
My issues were mainly with the audio and video (during my telehealth) appointment. It was difficult at times to understand both the doctor and the assistant who started the call because of the poor audio. I was straining to hear and understand the conversation and had the ask multiple times to repeat themselves. Also, the quality of the video was not good when speaking with the doctor.
