Dr. Otero is highly knowledgeable, thorough in his examination, kind, and friendly. He took the time to talk with me and explain in detail what my symptoms could mean. I appreciate him taking my symptoms seriously and working with me to reach an accurate diagnosis and a future treatment plan if needed.

Dr. Otero has been my cardiologist for more years than i care to think about ( I am now 78 ). In all that time, i have found him to be consistently caring, thoughtful, attentive, as well as very forthright in providing medical advise. He takes time to be sure his patients understand what is going on, and why that probably is. I recommend his care and attention to any that have need of his knowledge.

Dr Otero is a great doctor. He listens and works well with his patients. His office is on 32nd street but he does visit Kyle once a month (at least), so if you live south you don't have to make the trip downtown Austin. My husband and I highly recommend him.
