Dr. Otero is an amazing physician. He was careful to listen patiently to all concerns and ordered tests based on risk factors. Great Doctor who always has time to visit beyond your “health issues”and examines beyond the machines. He tries to understand what’s going on in your life which might affect your health. I have been a patient of Dr Otero for over 10 years. He and all of his staff are fantastic. I highly recommend Cardio Texas. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

Its is so hard to find a good Cardiologist. But i managed to have found one and he has been the best. I would recommend him to anyone and his staff is so wonderful. The wait is not long at all. Dr. Otero and his staff are remarkable in that they are among a very few who actually care personally about the individual's quality of life. I have never been railroaded into doing minor improvements to my health which were major difficulties to my comfort. I am a chronic pain patient. They are sensitive to this. It means the world to me.
