We feel very blessed to have a doctor who is caring and takes time to make sure the patient understands their diagnosis and plan of care. The staff is just so friendly and personable. Makes your appointment reassuring.
My initial visit with Dr. Otero & staff left me very impressed with their professionalism and caring. With my second visit a year later I was blown away. When Dr. Otero walked into the exam room his first words to me were “you cut your hair”. That told me he was a doctor who not only was observant and cared about his patients but would listen to what you said & your concerns. That spoke volumes to me. He is #1 in my books & the first one I would recommend.

Dr Otero has always takes his time with me to explain why a procedure is needed. He does not rush thought a visit and he listen to you. Dr. Otero really cares about is patient. His staff is excellent! I wish he had Doctors Privilege with the Hospital in Kyle, TX.
Dr Otero is professional, patient and explained the tests that will be performed. He did not rush thought the visit, hr listened. That is important especially in the initial visit.
Dr Otero always takes the time to explain to me the how’s and why’s of any procedure. He always asks how Things are going in my life. He is a great doctor and I would go to no one else. Definitely make your appointment with him.
Very impressed with the friendliness and attention from Dr. Otero and his staff. Very intent on enabling the patient to return to a full life!
