Staff was very friendly good with instructions and very motivated
I commuted there by ambulance the staff on duty were exceptionally very friendly and helpful. They followed up with easy questions to help gain access to what my situation was and for that I am grateful. They recommended that I follow up with my primary care physician they followed everything from beginning to the end to ensure that I was going to get the best possible treatment. It was 10:15pm. Took my son to the ER for a pain in his eye. It was terribly blood shot. Us and 3 other people in the ER sat from 10:30 to 1:30 am. Nobody taken back that entire time. No information given to us. At 1:30 one of the people sitting in the waiting room asked for her co-pay back. That she was leaving and stated her disaproval.
