Almost everyone was wonderful. They treated my husband very well. They we're very informative and patient. Barely a wait time when we pushed the call light. Staff was accommodating

My phlebotomist, Amanda, did a great job. One stick and nine vials of blood later and I was done.
As opposed to one commenter here, I didn't notice any outdated equipment. Actually, everything looked new and modern, and staff seems to be professional, competent, helpful and friendly!

Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Incompetent doctors and nursing staff who lack any shred of ethics or professionalism. Hospital itself is outdated and dirty. Doctors are second rate. Beware of the ICU nurses who audibly cheer when in front of a family who just filled out a DNR sheet for an ailing family member. I would do anything I could to see this dump shut down. Do yourself a favor if you’re sick, drive to Chicago to a REAL hospital.
